Eating Out and Portion Control

Overeating and unhealthy choices can lead to extra pounds. Restaurants are notorious for big servings and higher fat content. You can still enjoy dining out, but the trick is to eat enough of your meal to feel content and then stop eating, and hopefully make the best selections as well. 


This is a multi-sensory session, incorporating binaural beats (brain wave rhythm sounds), and a multi-voice (more than one voice at a time) approach. This session is specifically designed for daytime listening and requires headphones for optimal effectiveness. 


As with all hypnosis sessions, please listen at a time and place where you can safely have your eyes closed and be free from interruptions.
