Slow Down While Eating

Do you eat too fast? If you do, it can be easy to overeat which can add to extra pounds. If you slow down while you are eating, you can give your body a chance to register that you are full so you will stop eating rather than overeating. 


This is a multi-sensory session, incorporating binaural beats (brain wave rhythm sounds), and a multi-voice (more than one voice at a time) approach. This session is specifically designed for daytime listening and requires headphones for optimal effectiveness. 


As with all hypnosis sessions, please listen at a time and place where you can safely have your eyes closed and be free from interruptions.
